CO₂-Neutral Throughout Its Lifetime

For a greener future — for the world where your children and grandchildren will grow — Roovan Tiny House builds CO₂-neutral living spaces.
From biologically recyclable insulation to wood sourced from sustainable forestry, every element supports environmental responsibility.

We consistently trust wood as a renewable raw material that benefits our climate in the long term.
About 75% of each Roovan Tiny House is made of C24 structural timber, a durable, chemical-free material that stores up to 6 tons of CO₂ per house, even after accounting for emissions from production and logistics.

All components are natural and recyclable, and can return to the natural cycle at any time.
Compared to conventional buildings, our houses require only one-tenth of the CO₂ normally needed —
meaning you live in a Tiny House with one of the lowest carbon footprints possible.

Active Moisture-Regulating Walls

Roovan Tiny House provides a healthy and comfortable indoor environment.
Wood can absorb air moisture and release it when needed.
When dried to a humidity level below 18%, it naturally balances indoor air humidity.
For example, during summer when air is dry, the wood slowly releases stored moisture, maintaining a pleasant indoor balance.

Wood is also antistatic, meaning it naturally repels dust, pollen, and fine particles, helping keep the home clean.
By maintaining balanced humidity, it prevents dust mites from thriving — supporting respiratory health and comfort.

Ecological Balance

A single cubic meter of wood stores approximately one ton of CO₂.
By building with wood, Roovan Tiny House makes a significant contribution to reducing greenhouse gases.

Wooden structures also produce very low levels of gray energy during construction and disposal —
emphasizing that wood is truly an eco-friendly building material.

Roovan sources its timber exclusively from sustainably managed forests, ensuring real contributions to ecological balance and climate protection.

In Bavaria, about one-third of the land is forested, with one cubic meter of wood growing every second.
Sustainable forestry promotes forest regeneration and supports biodiversity —
a true symbol of respect for nature and the environment.
