All prices are valid for 90 days and are updated every 90 days.

Prices are valid within the borders of Turkey.
Included in the Price
License and registration, as well as all cabinets, storage units, kitchen and bathroom furniture specified in the design and model details, are included in the turnkey price.
For your Roovan Tiny House, you can choose optional services tailored to your needs.
These are provided by our expert solution partners, and after final checks, our experienced team delivers your home ready for use.
Not Included in the Price
The listed sales prices and delivery conditions represent factory exit prices.
Transportation, installation, and veranda costs are not included.
According to our pricing policy, all additional needs are considered optional services.
Optional services are priced separately after analyzing factors such as plot location, land conditions, energy and utility lines, and accessibility of the site.

There you can review additional features not included in the base price and submit extra requests.
Payment Terms

Standard payment method: 30% of the total project cost is due upon contract approval.
The next 30% is paid at the rough construction stage, and the remaining 40% is paid upon delivery and plate registration, along with the invoice. -
